Louise Linder
Life at Ex-Change Parts: Meet Louise!
What do you enjoy most about working at Ex-Change Parts?
Every day is both interesting and educational. Precision is essential in what we do, and I genuinely enjoy that aspect — being detail-oriented matters.
What motivates me most is knowing that our customers are satisfied. Fast deliveries are a key part of that, and it’s rewarding to be part of a team that consistently delivers.
How would you describe the company culture in three word?
- Supportive and close-knit — there’s a strong connection between everyone across the company.
- Dynamic — you’re always learning something new.
- Collaborative — teamwork is at the heart of everything we do.
What does the helicopter industry mean to you?
It’s a completely new world for me — and a fascinating one. The work we do is important and interesting.
I recently packed a fire extinguisher and thought “How amazing that such a small component can carry so much value in both money and safety.” It’s eye-opening to see how every single part plays a
critical role.
What makes Ex-Change Parts stand out as an employer?
Honestly, I’m happy every day I come to work. The culture is truly inclusive — everyone is treated equally and with respect. I’ve never worked for a better employer.
I live with a diagnosed ADD condition, and I feel fully supported. That level of understanding is both rare and incredibly reassuring.
How does the company support work-life balance and well-being?
There’s a healthy balance between work and personal life — I can fully disconnect when I leave for the day. The company actively encourages proper vacation time and offers generous wellness benefits, including fitness reimbursements and support for things like prescription glasses. It’s clear they care about their people.
What advice would you give to someone thinking about joining Ex-Change Parts?
Go for it — it’s a fantastic employer. You’ll feel like part of the family from day one. Welcome aboard!
