What does the helicopter industry mean to you?
The helicopter industry is dear to my heart. It has great importance in so many areas spanning from industry, public benefit, civil service and defense.
I have a background from both the procurement and operational side as well as the service side of the industry so being a part of that and being able to contribute to development is very rewarding.
What makes Ex-Change Parts stand out from other employers?
There is a great deal of care for the employees from the owners and management. It’s a very family atmosphere and strong loyalty to the company and each other.
How does the company support work-life balance and employee well-being?
There are of course periods with a lot of hard work but the culture in the company and the concern in the management team is an ongoing dialog with the personnel to keep track of this balance.
The management team has a palette of possible actions to meet any need to manage this overtime such as hiring new personal permanent or temporary, distribution workload between persons, support flexibility in working time.
