About the Role

As Engine Segment Manager, you will play a key role in managing and developing our engine-related inventory to ensure availability at competitive prices. You will:

✔ Identify new business opportunities and invest in high-value assets
✔ Build strong supplier relationships to enhance our market position
✔ Define pricing strategies and oversee repairs & logistics to maximize profitability
✔ Support the sales team by providing expertise on complex deals and exchange validations
✔ Collaborate with technical and business development teams to explore market opportunities and drive innovation

This is a strategic role within our Stock Management Department, where you will work alongside Repair Managers, Segment Managers, and Pricing Managers to keep us at the forefront of the engine aftermarket.

Your Experience & Skills

✔ 5+ years of aviation industry experience
✔ Strong market knowledge, preferably of SAFRAN engines
✔ Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
✔ Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for business development
✔ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment
✔ Results-driven approach with strong analytical and negotiation skills

✔ Experience with analyzing engine status and identify values.
